Raincoat again , many times so far .Mainly it is about Yaadein , keeps on reminding , that something is missing.
Poor Ash looks so beutiful. When first time i saw this movie on TV , i missed the climax  , & I  was  furious to know , my friend narrated me the climax ,afterwards watched it many times.

Swades : Pani Le Lo Pani

I wanted to tell u , how much i liked that Train scene in Swades ,

The trains stops at Ajithe and there is a small boy who sells water “pacchis paisey ka ek glass pani” Inspite of having mineral water ,protagonist Mohan buys the water , scene is the turning point of the movie/Of Mohan , arouses mixed emotions of pain, disgust, guilt and his own contirbution .
The Scene , The Expressons , The Train, The Kulhar ( earthen pot) , The coin , counting of coins.
I remember each bit of that.
Unfortunately in that year ,in Filmfare Awards, in Best Scene of the year category, Some stupid kids type scene from Humtum was choosen instead of Swades , how commercial we all are.
But not getting chance to tell u all this.
Anyways , Phir Kabhi.

Gata Rahe Mera Dil : Guide

Timeless romantic song.Won Filmfare award that yr.
Dev Anand has distinctive style of embracing women , loosely cross his hands above women shoulders , as seen in this song , also in Tere Mere Sapne....
Also class scene Waheeda is putting her hands on Dev shoulders while climbing up.
Well dressed Red Sweater , pink Sari , still look good in today's terms.
Goldie direction of this divine movie is beyond comparison & popular even after 45 yrs.
Waheeda was advised by her close one's ,not to do this film , as Roji character might harm her image.
Result : Guide was a block buster ,her acting was also critically acclaimed with Dev, also won best actress filmfare award .
Movie is also personally close to her , as expressed in many interviews.

We normally used to discuss movies , i used to tell her which movie to watch , like last time i told her about " hazaron khwahishen aisi" , which she liked , & wanted to know , from where i got this unknown movie that time.

Tum Pukar Lo : Khamoshi

Tum Pukar Lo : Impossible for me to miss this all time fav song , even though too painful to listen every time ,takleef deta hey,try after 10 PM only. Kishore ( Wo sham) & Hemant Da best song ever for the same movie , Gulzar , Waheeda ,Rajesh Khanna ,brilliantly directed by Asit Sen .

For addl. flavor Dharmendra act in pensive , thoughtful mood without even showing  face , Waheeda on steps , flowing curtains ,overall picturisation in B&W just awesome.
